  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed.

2. Shipping Duration

Estimated delivery times:

  • Within Pakistan: 3–5 business days

  • International Orders: 7–14 business days (country-dependent)

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • For international orders, additional customs or import taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

  • Tracking details may take 24 hours to update in the courier system.

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.

U-Surface is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Recipient unavailable at delivery time

  • Courier issues beyond our control

If a package is returned due to wrong address, customers may need to pay reshipping charges.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Report within 24 hours with photos/videos

  • We will assist in replacing the product or filing a claim with the courier

If an order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us immediately.

7. International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected countries.
